Request deletion of your Tech Logistics app data

Tech Logistics accounts are created by Tech Transport for our customers' employees, so there is no delete button inside the app. You can ask us to delete your account and the personal data tied to it here.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "App data deletion request".
2. Include your name, the work email you use in the app and your company.
3. We confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account (name, email, sign-in credentials) and push notification tokens
• Photos and documents you uploaded that are not attached to a shipment we must retain
• Howie chat content, which is not stored on our servers in the first place

What is kept, and for how long

Shipment records that we are required to keep by law are retained for the legal period and then deleted. Broker records are kept for three years under 49 CFR 371.3. These records are kept for compliance only and are not used for any other purpose.
